Brow lamination - Questions answered

Brow lamination is quickly becoming an incredibly popular and a much cheaper alternative to microblading. So what exactly is brow lamination, how does it work and who is it good for? Well keep reading we have your brow lamination questions answered.

What exactly is brow lamination? Brow lamination is a chemical process where the eyebrow hairs are straightened and positioned in a way the makes the brows look fuller and the shape is more defined.

What is the treatment process? The treatment is broken down into several mini stages. Firstly the brow area is cleaned of any makeup and oil that maybe on the brow. The brows are then brushed and the first lotion is applied. This is on for approx. 5 minutes, once this is removed the next lotion is applied and this one sets the brows in the desired shape. After another 5 minutes this is also removed and the brow tint is applied, this is then followed by the shape of the brows either by wax or tweezing. Finally a nourishing oil is applied, leaving you with beautifully groomed brows.

Who can have brow lamination? This treatment is available to most people, however your results may vary depending on the thickness of your natural brows. As always with any treatment like this a patch much be done before hand.

How long do the results last? The results of a brow lamination will last approximately 6 week providing aftercare is followed.

What is the aftercare for brow lamination? For brow lamination to be effective for the 24 hours that follow the treatment you must not get the brow area wet, you must not apply makeup and the nourishing oil must be left on the brow area.

As you can see the results are great and the brows are still natural - no electrocuted brows here that I promise. For further details please head to www.facebook.com/innercitybeauty.
